Custom Person Profile section not visible under Skill and Qualification tab

Hello experts,

I have created a custom person profile section, but I cannot see it under Skill and Qualification after activating it.

I have linked roles to this section and my user have all these roles.

Below the steps I have carried out:

1) PROFILES>PROFILE TYPES>PERSON>ADD CONTENT SECTION> the section is active

2) PROFILE CONTENT SECTION ACCESS> the section is linked to roles the user has

3) I have launched LDAP processes and Import User and Role Application Security Data as well

Why I cannot see this section enabled?
