Looking for a solution to update rules periodically through an API

Content (required):

Hi All,

We have a set of rules stored in Excel which determines the region that is responsible for the job based on postcodes. The set of data driving these rules will be updated on a monthly basis.

Instead of updating this manually through OPM, is there a way to update and inject additional rows into the rules table to accommodate any new postcodes or changes in the region determination?
