    Alerts Composer - Summary of Elections at Open Enrollment

    We have completed our open enrollment elections , before doing this we have enabled the Alert as well. this Alert is not sending any notifications as well dont see them in the history.

    We have tried with changing the recipient's email address as well and hardcoded the actual email address too.

    Tried in both simulate mode Yes as well No.

    Could you please help us with this to get these alerts succesfully invoked?
