Asset Tracking functionality in Cloud

There is a need to capitalize serial items either with or without going through PFM Cloud. Ideally, same way as OeBS Asset Tracking does.

In the Telco context we need to track the high value equipment items individually in Fixed Assets, including detailed information, like Serial numbers. These items may not be part of the constructed assets by Projects. We consider to have Project Task Structure where one Base Station will be represented by one Top Task. For each Base Station a sub inventory will be created (in Network Site Inventory Organization) that represents Installed Base. All items transferred and received in Sub Inventory (base station) will be treated as CIP.
