SR Status auto update to Closed

Summary: Service Requests which have status as Resolved are automatically set to the status of Closed after 30 Days(can vary) and become read only. How to replicate this functionality for Cancelled SRs.

  1. Do I raise an SR with Oracle to include "Cancelled" SRs as well in the scheduled job's target list to set them to Closed and read only. currently the existing scheduled job targets only Resolved SRs.
  2. Is there any way or approach with the help of custom code changes to set to Closed and ready only after 30 days.
