Manage Recruiting Job Offer Letters Process

Hello - We were advised to schedule the Manage Recruiting Job Offer Letters process to run every 15 minutes once we received the upgrade to 21C. We are unsure which option to select for the parameter: Restore Offer Letters from Content Library. Can someone please explain what this does and whether to select Yes or No. Thanks!
