Create context-senstitive segment on Emergency Purchase Order Field

Is it possible to create a context-sensitive segment based on the Prompt Emergency Purchase Order on the requisition header? If so, what is the value set.

Hi everyone. I am trying to create a context sensitive segment that only shows if the Emergency Purchase order number required check box is checked. However, I am missing the value set for this field. I can't seem to find it. Can someone help me? Here is what i entered:

Context segment

• Prompt: Emergency purchase order number required [a checkbox]
• Value Set: ???
• Context Values: ??? [I imagine Y and N, for the purpose of this question]
