Can Two parallel Create Accounting programs run in Payables for two ledgers in Fusion Payables?

Summary:

We are splitting one company into two with individual ledger of each company. We plan need to create 2 Create Accounting jobs to run for each ledger. Question is if running Create Accounting parallelly has any issues?
