Global Transfer - Best Practices for pay processing and taxation
Summary:
Global Transfer - Best Practices for pay processing and taxation
Content (required):
We are observing multiple issues with respect to Global Transfers. There are issues observed mainly in terms of taxation based on the payment made in host and/or home country for the given employee and the respective payroll work relationships.
This includes temporary as well as permanent transfers (i.e. inbound expats / inbound inpat / outbound expat etc.).
If there are any best practices for global transfer processing in Cloud HCM payroll and/or any specific learnings based on the recent observations - please check if it can be shared.
