Interview service in OIA
We have implemented OIA within the Agent Desktop using the Assess API in the SOAP Assess service. This will always consume a Tier 3 session. We have been using SOAP Assess service to execute the OPA rules and get response to process in Agent desktop means interview screens UI doesn’t require for agents here.
Can we use OIA interview API to execute the OPA rules replaced by assess API ?
