"Error 500--Internal Server Error" Onboarding Task Document

Summary:

Hello - Our new hires are receiving a message stating "Error 500--Internal Server Error"  when they click to download a document as part of their onboarding tasks. They were able to do this previous. We just received our upgrade to 21C, so I am wondering if it could have something to do with that?
