Min, Mid and Max Salary Ranges missing for some associates in OTBI Report. How can we fix this?

Unable to pull Salary Range Min, Mid and Max for some associates in OTBI report.

Hello,

While pulling a report created in OTBI the Salary Range Min, Mid and Max are not populating for some associates. The report is pulling from the Compensation - Salary Details Real Time section. The associates have the appropriate grade assigned, however, it is still not populating in the report. Others in the same position are populating.

Any information/tips would be greatly appreciated.
