AP Invoice > Action > post to ledger giving error

For a particular user, whenever He is trying to create accounting in AP from AP Invoice > Action > post to ledger, Below error is coming all the time and after several attempts by the user, the AP invoice gets accounted and Posted.
Error - Failure to lock row for online accounting request. The request status at the time of failure was PROCESSING. Time limit occurred while waiting for engine to complete accounting. Details - This is a result of heavy utilization and you may want to try your request after sometime.
Note - This error is not occurring for any other user.
