Is there way to change or add logos to the Job Board Tiles?

Summary:

We have a number of different recruiting types and we chose to add these to one career site due client wanting an all roles job site. However there is no easy way to differentiate the Open Jobs and I wanted to see if these could have a logo or different background to classify them based on criteria such as recruiting type?
