Exporting OIC package to object storage

I am trying to export Integrations package via API,

I have tried with this curl format

as directly providing username and password not possible for federated SSO account, I tried with oAuth2 but not worked.

also I saw client Application method with clientID and secret, however for that I need to request admin to create an application.

please comment if API method shown above is wrong in any way,

or any example to follow.
