When I try to perform any action on it, I get this error message:

"Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.sa-saopaulo-1.antxeljroqbtiriccp56ptnclznhutfhwwsfmh3ddkcmwmq437pzmrcjjcya is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."
