Summary:

Trying to start existing instance as part of "always free for oracle employees" access. Instance is stopped and says I must contact support to re-enable it. Also, when I attempt to launch a new instance, no shapes are available, also with a message to contact support. I am worried I did something that flagged my account in a bad way.
