Hide attributes dimensions from member selection

Summary: The FCC administrator would like to hide the attribute dimensions so that it does not appear in the member selection dialog box.

Content (required): The attribute dimensions in FCC are system defined and not used for reporting. The end users do not need access to it while working with Smart View ad-hoc analysis.
