PR Payload throwing HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Summary:

I created a sample payload for PR creation without charge account segments and passed only combination Id and it worked.

Later by removing the combination Id and passing the individual segment values, Payload is erroring out. Could you please let me know what is the issue and also let me know how to include the attachments in the Payload file based attachment.
