Goal auto approval after 30 days?

Summary:

We currently have a problem with managers not approving goals in a timely manner, and when it hits 30 days the admins have to approve. We want manager approval on for new goals, but is there a way to set this where after X days the goal is auto approved if it has not been manually approved? Maybe some way in the approval rules?

Now that we are using synced goals with the performance review, employees with unapproved goals are unable to submit their review and this is largely due to managers not approving goals in time.
