Summary: I want to change my home region from US West (San Jose) to US East (Ashburn)


Content (required): I want to change my home region from US West (San Jose) to US East (Ashburn) since there is some function lacking in us west region. I know I can upgrade to paid account to do that. But there is no way to downgrade to free tier. So I want a support engineer to help me change to home region.
