Is it possible to remove FYI Notification to the requester once the PR is approved

Summary:

Hi,

Once the PR is approved, system sends an FYI Notification to requester as PR is approved.

We want it to be removed and notification shouldn't go.

I checked in BPM, we have two different SendFYI Tasks, should anyone of this to be altered? If yes what change needs to be done to it.
