Organization code error while loading Job requisitions using HDL

Organization code is a required field for Job requisition business object which is giving an error

Organization tree is active and structure is Enterprise->Legal entity
We are using the organization code of legal entity from the table HR_ALL_ORGANIZATIONS_UNITS for the load.
