Instance stuck in "stopping" state after Reference Number: CN-131119
Summary:
I was logged into an instance the other night when it went unresponsive. For this instance status, it currently says:
"At Tue, Oct 26, 2021, 09:40:00 UTC, this instance was either reboot migrated due to planned maintenance or experienced an error with the underlying infrastructure. The instance is now in a healthy state. We recommend that you verify that the instance is performing as expected"
Looking at Oracle Health Dashboard, I believe I may be affected by Reference Number: CN-131119. It says:
"Note: In normal circumstances, requests to reinstate disabled instances are usually processed within 24 hours. If you have an instance that has not been reinstated after 24 hours, you may contact Oracle Support to have it manually reinstated."
