How to bypass the Requisition Approval flow only for some Recruiting Types

We're trying to find a way to use the Requisition Approval flow only if the JR's Recruiting Type is "A", whereas if the JR's Recruiting Type is "B" the job requisition shouldn't go through the approval flow at all

Hello,

As per the summary, we're setting up two different Recruiting processes based on Recruiting Types, for the sake of simplicity let's call them "A" and "B". We'd like to send the job requisition for approval to the Hiring Manager only if the Recruiting Type is A, whereas for B Job requisitions the requisition approval flow shouldn't be triggered at all.
