Line Manager DOR- with 0 Count

Summary: I have created a Line Manager report with no filters - the intention was the manager can view all their direct and indirect reports. But as there is no filter the report is picking up the manager data as well. The manager has uploaded the DOR , but his count is showing 0 in the report. So is it possible:

1) To show the manager - his record as 1 count

2) (or) hide his own detail on the report. I have checked forum to use Assignment Manager Unsecured ,but it is picking up all the manager names in the report.
