Summary:

I am an Oracle Employee utilizing the free trial. When I attempt to setup VCN I receive errors. Upon checking my service limits they are all zero. When attempting to request service limit increase I receive message that I must upgrade to a paid account. I have not had account more than 30 days.

Further research indicates my account might be suspended. How do I rectify this ?
