Subscription Events model - Setup a Business Event for Active Subscription

Summary:

Would like to know how to create an event using the Events model.

Requirement - For a subscription when it becomes Active , and say for a particular Customer - we want an event to be raised, which should be available for OIC to then subscribe to and execute a process.

Want an event to be published when Subscription is Activated and Customer = "XYZ" , for OIC to subscribe to, and execute a process.
