How can a Talent review meeting data submission report be exported in .xls?

Dear all,

for global talent review meetings, we were wondering how could we extract in an excel/ .csv the data submission report, indicating which managers have not submitted the worksheet with the ratings for their direct reports? (Which managers are in "not started" status, and which of them have completed)

We can see the Submission progress in the interface, but we can't extract it in .xls.

Can we only find/ track these details by creating an OTBI analysis?
