Careers of Interest
Hi Team,
We are facing a couple of issues while implementing Career Development. Any leads on this will be really helpful.
- When an Employee is searching for Careers of Interest, when clicked on Explore Roles, system should show the Job Profiles created with compatibility, which Employee can add. We are able to manually search for the Roles and add to Careers of Interest, but nothing is showing in the Explore Roles by default. Can anyone help on if there is any additional setup to be done for this? Attached a screenshot of how it should look for reference.
- In the Roles of interest, Employees can view colleagues associated with role of your interest and mark them as favorite. We are unable to get this option when an employee is trying to search for colleagues with same role of interest. Can anyone please guide on how to enable this?
