SNMPv3 responses lost.

Summary:

I can send SNMPv3 traffic out but never receive an answer back.

Content (required):

I can see the request on the target device, also an answer is sent back, but not received in the compute instance. Security groups and firewalls allow the traffic to the compute instance. What can I do to succeed? Looking forward to your help!
