Visual Builder - OCI integrated monitoring

Currently there is no way of monitoring if there are operational issues impacting the Visual Builder backend. It would be ideal if the VBCS within OIC and freestanding version of VBCS support the communication of log events, audit and service issues to the OCI Native Observability and Monitoring tools as service streams and events. This is the model established by OIC.


Examples of issues - configuration of the VBCS layer to Oracle DB fails - e.g. changes in credentials
