How can we allow team members to view future payslips

Is it possible to allow HR Team to view Future Payslips

Content (required):

We have a need for some members of our HR Team to be able to view payslips for employees that have been calculated, but prior to the pay date. For example, my pay period is Jan 1 through Jan 14 and is processed on the 15th. The paycheck date is the 20th of January. With default security, these payslips cannot be viewed until the 20th.
