Sample Data for Person Talent Profile Type

We want to review the person talent profile functionality with the sample data Oracle has provided in the different section tables, but it is not available in the selector lists. What configuration needs to be set?

Content (required):

We have the sections set for Person talent profile type configured as active with the Talent Profile subscriber, and have turned on the autocreate person profiles. We have the Content Section Access for each of the sections set to be accessed for view, edit and report by the employee and line manager. I have verified that sample data exists in the lookup tables, e.g., HRT_EDUCATION_LEVEL, HRT_HIGHEST_EDUCATION_LEVEL (which were populated by SEED_DATA_FROM_APPLICATION). However, when I try to retrieve the list of values to select in the Talent Profile, I do not get any values. What do I
