Cloud Replacement for EBS Treasury Management?

Summary: Hello, I have a client currently on EBS and they are making the move to Oracle Cloud. Today they are using Treasury Management to move funds between one account into a funding account. AR knows the amount that needs to be funded and then lets Treasury Management know to move that specific amount.

Is there an equivalent to Treasury Management for the Cloud? What is recommended to replace TM in the Cloud?
