Resident Tax Address

Summary:

Content (required):

In the past we did not have to add a Resident Tax Address unless the employee lived outside our state. For the past couple of months, payroll has been receiving the following error when trying to process payroll for new hires with our state's home address: Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship; An error occurred when processing element (ELEM_NAME.(ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR); Invalid residence address geocode.

To correct this issue, we simply add a Resident Tax Address to the employee record (using our main building's address). However, we never had to do this in the past.

Howdy, Stranger!
