Is there any way that the below expression can be used to default the value of 'ZERO' on the Input Tax Classification Code when the Source Organization Name is not null, instead of having just a placeholder?

Content (required):

Currently, the below expression's logic works to display the 'ZERO' Input Tax Classification Code when the Source Organization Name is not null (as a placeholder via Page Composer). However, after saving the requisition, the placeholder vanishes (and has no effect on the value), and does not 'select' the LOV of 'zero'.

Is there any way that the below expression can be used to default the value of 'ZERO' on the Input Tax Classification Code when the Source Organization Name is not null, instead of having just a placeholder?
