Setting Job Application Default to All instead of Active

Summary: When searching for a candidate, you get directed to the "general" profile. When you click on Activity, you are able to see the Job Applications. At this point the default to this section is "Active". Is it possible to set this default to "All". I have tried using page composer-with no luck. I have submitted an SR where the rep tried to do this, but in the end, asked me to ask here. Any ideas and thank you in advance!
