Summary:

The steps mentioned in Oracle documentation, to enable 'Time to Hire' functionality in 21 D, instructs us to sign in to Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Apps for HCM. Can someone tell me how do I do that?

As I understand, For Oracle Recruiting Cloud customers, Adaptive Intelligence / Intelligent Matching is included in Oracle Recruiting Cloud subscription and no additional subscription required.

I am also of the understanding that from 21D, the intelligent matching features of Best Candidates, Recommended Jobs, Similar Candidates, Similar Jobs, aswell as the intelligent Time to hire feature, are no longer in controlled availability and we need not raise Service Request (SR) for enabling these features (Please correct me, if I am wrong here).
