Changed Hired Date - job offer stuck in HR-Processed state

We are trying to change the hire date for a candidate. The candidate was already moved to HR and converted to an employee. She was sick and unable to start we needed to change her hire date. We wanted to reverse the hire process back to the candidate phase so that we could redraft the offer letter with the updated hire date.

We Deleted all Life Events in Benefit Enrollment

We Cancelled the Work Relationship of the employee

We reversed the termination of the Pending Worker

We cancelled the Work Relationship of the Pending Worker

The candidate is no longer an employee or pending worker in the HR module and can only be found as a candidate in the requisition and under Manage Job Offers.
