Is there a way to change how a user completes a questionnaire via mobile? 3 dots

Summary:

We are rolling out a Covid Questionnaire to employees. Feedback received on how completing questionnaire can be improved when completing via mobile.

Content (required):

General feedback is that after completing the questionnaire it is not clear how to complete/submit. This can be done by going to the three dots at the top right hand corner of the screen. We are going to add some text in the instruction to address this but wanted to check if there is a way in the system to change / show a more visible complete button.
