How to add more sections to the Skills and Qualifications module.

Summary:

I would like to know how to add more sections to the Skills and Qualifications module. I have tried by creating a sandbox and configuring HCM Experience design studio; I created a new rule in which I included the sections I want to add, but those sections don't get visible in the Skills and Qualifications overview page.
