OBI Reporting: Additional Column Representing Fiscal Year

Summary: Hello, I have a filled requisition report of which includes the filled date. I also have a column which represents the filled year. My client is requesting also requesting to have the filled date represent the Fiscal Year the position was filled in. Is there a way to add the “Fiscal Year”?
