Contract Reject - reasons

Summary:

We would like to reject comments the approver is able to enter at the time of rejecting a contract.

Content (required):

The current configuration only allows us to require comments. The comments section is a free form text.

But we would like to make use of this more effectively. Want to be able to provide some options or if possible configure this differently.

Would like to know if there are any options to improve the comments section.
