Details added about Certificates in Recruitment are not tranferred to the Talent Profile

Summary:

We are trying to test if the information collected during the recruitment process ( e.g. certificates) is transferred to the Talent Profile after the external candidate is hired however this info was not transferred. See screenshots attached.

We have the recruitment subscriber set up in our certificates section.

We have run ESS jobs for Synchronize Person Records but at the moment we are stuck and we do not know exactly what to do.

Somewhere on the recruitment or hiring process, something is set up in such a way that this info is not transferred to the Person Talent profile and we do not know how else to investigate.
