Where can I find information on the Benefits Override Eligibility action?

I cannot find any guides or instructions on how to use the Eligibility Override action.

I have found that for some employees I can override at Plan level and for others I can only override at Option level and I want to understand the reason behind this please.

It would be also useful to have some guidance on using the additional functions when electing to edit a Plan/Option in Eligibility Override.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
