Query to extract expense reports which are reassigned to different approver

Summary: We are trying to expense reports which are reassigned from one approver to another approver.

Content (required):

I tried to query below tables but could not frame query to obtain below columns:

Tables used:

FUSION.FND_BPM_TASK_VL,

 FUSION.FND_BPM_TASK_HISTORY_B

Required Columns in report:

1. Expense report number
2. Expense date
3. First Approver
4. Reassigned Approver to
5. Reassigned By

Do you have any query which can be used to extract above columns.

Below tables are not extracting any data in our environment:

1. FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASK
2. FA_FUSION_SOAINFRA.WFTASKHISTORY
