Prevent HR from seeing their own record in the compensation plan

Hi,

is there any way to prevent an HR user who is managing a workforce compensation plan as proxy of another manager to not view their own record inside the worksheet (if they are eligible for that plan)?

We would like to avoid having a dedicated plan for HR users but could not think of another option.
