Budget Interface fails with non-meaningful error

I am trying to use the budget interface to load data for reporting purposes.

I have set up a Budget scenario and deployed it to the Essbase cube.

I have manually tested via smart view that I can post values into the scenario.

But when I try to load trivial amounts of data, where I have prevalidated that their code combinations allow detail posting and their segments are not disabled I get a non-meaningful error.

On every line I see; -
