21D - Streamline B2B Document Sharing

We are testing the configuration to enable intelligent matching for new suppliers to trading partners in OBN. Here's a link to the documentation.

Whenever we go to the opt in page it hits an error and indicates that we have supplier sites that are not set up correctly. The spreadsheet indicates, "Can't have a no-OBN service provider configured." However, we only have OracleSN used on the sites. I'm wondering if I'm missing a step in the setup of this functionality. Any advice would be appreciated.
